We have the best marketing and admin team. You just say when you want to work and we fill up your schedule. It’s very flexible schedule, reliable pay, and a super rewarding job! We handle all of the billing, scheduling, inquiries, office space, supplies, etc. so that you just show up and teach. You can focus on what you love, which is music, and leave the headaches (accounting, billing, communicating with parents, scheduling) to us! It allows for a very healthy work/life balance, and great pay. We pay hourly, and do raises and bonuses based off of job performance and time with the company. You’re paid even if a student cancels or no shows!

We also do event entertainment (we played for 36 events in Jackson Hole last summer!) and are happy to book gigs as a free booking agent perk for our employees.

It’s a great work environment with many other incredibly talented and successful musicians. It’s very collaborative and fun, you’re not stuck by yourself. Just last month we went on an all expenses paid training trip to a music convention in SLC!
